Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, caregivers, and other professionals, to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
- Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid BCaBA certification.
- Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
