BNA Airport Shuttle Driver

Non-DOT position. Pay: $17.00/hr. Full-time schedules require open availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends. Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.

About the role

The Airport Shuttle Driver safely and efficiently transports staff and vehicles while delivering high-standard customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in compliance with all safety guidelines, airport regulations, and company policies.
• Transport staff to designated airport locations, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
• Communicate professionally with team members and managers.
• Wear the correct LAZ Parking uniform, arrive on time, and be ready to work when scheduled.
• Work with and without supervision, following directions from supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting throughout a shift.
