Non-DOT position. Pay: $17.00/hr. Full-time schedules require open availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends. Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years.
About the role
The Airport Shuttle Driver safely and efficiently transports staff and vehicles while delivering high-standard customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles in compliance with all safety guidelines, airport regulations, and company policies.
- Transport staff to designated airport locations, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Communicate professionally with team members and managers.
- Wear the correct LAZ Parking uniform, arrive on time, and be ready to work when scheduled.
- Work with and without supervision, following directions from supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to mitigate challenges and lead others with a “Never Ever Give Up” attitude.

- Open to feedback, differing opinions, and other points of view.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and comprehending English.
- Must pass a background check and security screening to obtain and maintain an airport-issued security badge.
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting throughout a shift.
