About the role

Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. BMW experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and expertise to help repair and maintain vehicles to the highest factory and dealership standards.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with Service Advisors regarding technical information about customer vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work, and accuracy of estimates and work orders.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations, including handling and disposal of hazardous waste, OSHA, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• A friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and positive "team-player" attitude.
• A strong work ethic capable of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• A safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• At least 3 years of dealership experience.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.

Pay

The starting flat rate for this position is $33 per hour, with an expected annual salary range of $70,000 to $200,000 based on productivity and qualifications.

Hours are flexible and can vary based on business needs.
