About the role

Chapman BMW on Camelback is seeking an experienced BMW Master Technician to join our high-performing service team. In this role, you'll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles while delivering the exceptional quality and precision our customers expect. You'll work alongside experienced Service Advisors and technicians in a modern, air-conditioned shop equipped with BMW diagnostic technology and report directly to the Service Manager.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivetrain components
• Utilize BMW factory diagnostic equipment, software, and repair procedures to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns
• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with BMW manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
• Communicate recommended repairs, maintenance needs, and repair timelines with the Service Advisor
• Complete repair orders accurately while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
• Perform routine maintenance services and inspections to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• BMW Master Technician certification required
• Previous experience as a BMW mainline technician required
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair BMW vehicles using factory diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Extensive knowledge of advanced automotive systems and electronic diagnostics
• Qualified to perform BMW warranty repairs
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Pay

Uncapped Commission | $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out over 24 months

Schedule

Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays
