Job Summary
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Handles guest correspondences with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction;
- Receives inbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Conducts outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information;
- Maintain and communicate exceptional product inventory knowledge;
- Gather and track customer data as directed and accurately enter into CRM;
- Facilitate timely follow up on internet leads;
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
