BMS Service Engineer

Role Overview

As a BMS Service Engineer, you will have an instrumental role within the robust engineering team. You'll be required to utilise your skills and experience in Trend and Tridium based building management systems to maximise smart building performance and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on Trend and Tridium systems
• Creating reports outlining technical findings and recommendations for system optimisation
• Working with team members and customers to diagnose and resolve any system faults
• Ensuring all works completed are compliant with necessary industry standards
• Having involvement of small works projects that you own end to end
• Presenting technical information to clients and managers

The Ideal Candidate

• Has solid experience within BMS in a Service Engineer role
• Proficient with a range of BMS controls, including Tridium and Trend
• Holds a formal qualification in an electrical or engineering discipline
• Possesses excellent problem-solving capabilities and technical communication skills
• Willing to stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing professional development
