Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for quality, cost and timeline of BMS construction projects across the region.
- Develop and standardise all documentation related to delivering a global BMS quality program.
- Support the wider construction teams to ensure BMS scopes are on time and meeting project delivery milestones.
- Attend/manage FAT, CX, IST and other project milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, Automation, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years experience designing, delivering, maintaining BMS/BAS/EPMS projects in hyperscale applications on a global or regional scale.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multiple projects in parallel.
- CDCP/CDCS/CDCE and/or experience with quality management frameworks (ISO9001 or equivalent) are highly regarded.
Skills
- Extensive BMS/BA/BMS experience across APAC
- Deep understanding of hyperscale DC BMS & MEP systems
- Experience with modularised MEP skid design and construction
- Ability to lead cross domain coordination with construction, operations, IT and network teams.
- Schneider Electric/Siemens/Tridium Niagara experience is advantageous
