BMS Automation Project Manager
Job Details Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Building Automation Project Manager to oversee the execution of DDC/BMS construction projects throughout the DFW area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who understands controls, can manage complex job logistics, and is comfortable owning projects from kickoff through closeout.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders for automation projects
- Cook up installation activities across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades
- Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Requirements
- Experience managing Building Automation or HVAC controls construction projects
- A strong understanding of DDC/BMS systems and MEP environments
- Experience with project billing and cost tracking
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
