BM-Vacation Home Attendant

Overview

As a Vacation Home Attendant you are responsible for meeting the owners' expectations, maintaining the vacation homes and meeting or exceeding the Boyne Star Standard. Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily task list to prioritize tasks and determine which rooms need inspection
• Utilizing Springer Miller software to determine which units are accessible
• Inspecting rooms; assisting in reporting minor repairs and updates as needed
• Photographing and creating a photo log of the units and recording all inventory
• Assisting with departure inspections and owner arrival inspections

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• You possess a valid driver's license
• You have six months to one year related experience
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
• You are organized and have a great attention to detail
