Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements based on workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
• Review, propose, and develop solution architecture, ensuring alignment with scalable, reliable, and maintainable frameworks.
• Assess and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and platforms to meet business requirements as part of architectural design.
• Review technical solutions and develop integration strategies to ensure seamless communication and data flow across systems.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts.
• Provide specialized insights to the development team and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance, and suggest optimization initiatives aligned with business and long-term objectives.
• Establish and uphold a comprehensive knowledge base to ensure vital information is systematically recorded and accessible.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering architectural insights to support successful solution delivery.
• Lead technical discussions with customer architects and provide inputs for build and deployment automation strategies.
• Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts.
• Ensure application/system stability, security, and performance, including proactive monitoring for potential issues.
• Lead functional configuration, extension customizations, and integrations with BY WMS.
• Manage regular system/application upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases.
• Implement automations using CI/CD practices and production health anomaly detection.
• Lead and resolve application-specific technical and infrastructure-related problems.

Requirements

• Development experience with BY WMS.
• Experience reviewing project scope, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and planning deliverables for medium/high-complexity technology projects.
• Experience evaluating solution alternatives and proposing solution architecture.
• Experience developing reference implementations and providing consultation to Technology Leads.
• Experience anchoring performance engineering activities.
• Experience leading functional configuration, extension customizations, and integrations with BY WMS.
• Experience ensuring application/system stability, security, and performance.
• Experience proactively monitoring applications and systems for potential issues.
• Experience leading and resolving application-specific technical and infrastructure-related problems.
• Experience managing system/application upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases.
• Experience implementing automations using CI/CD practices and production health anomaly detection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coordinate with sector deployment teams for software release management and governance.
• Perform competitive analysis of products and frameworks.
• Propose and anchor Proof of Concept (PoC) development.
• Identify business and IT problems associated with current systems.
• Conduct analysis of existing technology landscapes.
• Understand organizational IT standards and platforms.
• Propose to-be solution architecture and migration roadmaps.
• Evangelize the Infosys brand through Points of View (PoVs), white papers, and forums.
• Provide inputs on NFRs and quality of service parameters.
• Support competency enhancement strategies.
• Contribute to service offerings, publish papers, or create patentable artifacts.
• Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth in the technology area.
• Improve win-loss ratios, schedule adherence, and quality metrics.
• Secure customer agreement, approval, and SLA compliance for project closure.
• Increase Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) through technical differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project locations.
