Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System SDM - W2 only

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily availability, performance, and stability of the Blue Yonder WMS.
• Ensure all IT service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolve system outages, user bottlenecks, and critical operational escalations.
• Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations teams, IT support staff, and third-party vendors.
• Identify operational pain points and translate them into configuration changes or enhancements using standard Blue Yonder WMS functionalities.
• Manage, mentor, and mentor a team of WMS analysts, super users, and technical leads.
