Advanced Practice Provider Position Details

• Schedule: 7-on / 7-off rotation from 7am to 5pm. No on-call duties.
• Setting: Hospital setting

Qualifications

• Candidates require a Master’s degree and graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current state license in good standing.
• Prescriptive authority.
• Current DEA number (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS.

Experience

• General APP experience preferred.
• Previous neurology experience and Acute Care Certification a plus.

Compensation & Program Highlights

• Salary: $100k - $130k

Metro Facility Network

• Providers have the potential to work at 5 facilities: Methodist Medical Center, Stone Oak, Metropolitan, Northeast, and Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills.
• Mostly covers one site on a 7-day schedule, but working at other hospitals on the same day is possible as patient census dictates.

Onboarding

• Training includes shadowing the hospitals, physicians, and current APPs.
• Time spent shadowing for EMRs depends on previous experience.
