Blow Mold Machine Operator (2:30pm to 11pm)

About the role

Join our team in Racine, WI as a full-time Blow Mold Machine Operator on 2nd shift. You will work with our blow molding machine to ensure products are made to specifications, assist the Maintenance Tech with color and tooling changes, and make minor machine adjustments while the machine is running.

Responsibilities

• Trim excess material from molded product
• Regrind excess material and unsatisfactory pieces for reuse using grinding machine
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Weigh finished pieces to determine accuracy of machine operation
• Make adjustments to machine controls to correct issues
• Assemble product using punch machinery to insert metal components into plastic parts
• Hand feed metal components to punch machinery
• Pack boxes of finished parts
• Adhere to safety codes and conduct

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience
• Proven longevity with previous employers
• Experience in a labor-intensive job
• Can-do attitude and commitment to efficient, timely scheduling
