About the role
To successfully process and consign blood and blood components.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must present driving record with zero points and no moving or traffic violations in the past 3 years
- Must be 21 years of age
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work well with people
- Computer skills preferred
Special Physical Requirements
- Lifting and carrying 50 lbs; pushing 50–100 lbs
Responsibilities
- Irradiate and label blood and blood components
- Assist with daily inventory rotations
- Prepare and distribute blood and blood components for shipment as appropriate
- Deliver products to customers as needed
- Perform visual inspections of all shipments and returned products
- Perform some component manufacturing duties when needed

Pay
$15.00 per hour or based on education and/or experience, with shift differential and a $500 bonus after 6 months and a $1,000 bonus after 1 year.
Schedule
Saturday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
