About the role

Our Client Delivery Representatives are responsible for the delivery of life-saving blood products to our hospital clients as well as emergency deliveries and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations. This is a full-time working 30 to 39 hours a week position working Mon-Fri 10a to 5p, as well as on call Thu and Sat 6a to 6a. Must be able to report to office within 20 mins of receiving the call.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have REAL ID
• Must be able to operate Blood Center vehicles
• Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time and maintaining reoccurring physical exertion, such as reaching, bending, walking, and pushing
• Must be able to lift up-to 50 pounds

Schedule

• Full-time, 30 to 39 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call Thursday and Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM (next day)
• Must be able to report to office within 20 minutes of receiving the call
