Client Delivery Responsibilities

• Prepare for blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles to ensure prompt delivery to customers
• Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles in a safe manner
• Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with customers

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• A valid driver's license is required
• A REAL ID must be obtained
• The ability to operate Blood Center vehicles is necessary
• The ability to sit for long periods of time and maintain physical exertion such as reaching, bending, walking, and pushing is required
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is needed

About the Role

At ImpactLife, we are dedicated to providing lifesaving blood products to more than 120 hospitals and emergency medical service providers in a four-state region. We celebrate 50 Years of Saving Lives in 2024 and have grown from small, independent, community nonprofits into a recognized leader in the blood center industry. With a team of 800+ strong across four states, we are headquartered in Davenport, Iowa and have distribution hubs and donor centers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. We team up with thousands of blood donors and hundreds of community partners to help save lives through blood drives.

Schedule

This is a part-time position working under 20 hours a week, specifically every Friday and Saturday from 10 pm to 6 am.
