Key Responsibilities

• Meet quality and quantity production goals
• Prioritize workload expectations and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform good inventory management practices
• Operate computer programs for component production, labeling, storage, and sample tube management
• Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection and information from other departments
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• May require flexibility to work weekends and holidays

What You Need To Know

• Pay Information: $18.00 per hour, plus shift differential for weekends ($2.00 more per hour)
• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Training: First 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You Need To Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment
• Good computer skills
• Able to use a variety of programs and laboratory equipment
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
• Good decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork and independence

Physical Requirements

• Standing, stretching, stooping, and bending for extended periods
• Lift, pull, push, and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Work in walk-in refrigerators/freezers for periods of time
• May need to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, face shields, etc.
