Key Responsibilities
- Meet quality and quantity production goals
- Prioritize workload expectations and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform good inventory management practices
- Operate computer programs for component production, labeling, storage, and sample tube management
- Analyze and make decisions based on visual inspection and information from other departments
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- May require flexibility to work weekends and holidays
What You Need To Know
- Pay Information: $18.00 per hour, plus shift differential for weekends ($2.00 more per hour)
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Training: First 4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
What You Need To Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment
- Good computer skills
- Able to use a variety of programs and laboratory equipment
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation
- Good decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills
- Teamwork and independence
Physical Requirements
- Standing, stretching, stooping, and bending for extended periods
- Lift, pull, push, and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Work in walk-in refrigerators/freezers for periods of time
- May need to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, face shields, etc.
