About the role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team at ImpactLife. Our Collection Specialists play a crucial role in the donation process, conducting donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while also providing donor care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy
• Provide donor care during the donation process
• Work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
• Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by our insurance carrier

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Enjoy working with the public
• Good, stable work history
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state in which you reside
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required
