Blending Operator Day Crew (6:45AM to 7PM 2/2/3)
About the role
The Blending Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring blending systems to ensure raw materials are distributed accurately and efficiently to support production. This role works closely with production teams to maintain quality standards, meet customer demands, and support continuous plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain material levels within silos using computerized blending systems.
- Operate blending equipment and make adjustments to material distribution as needed.
- Communicate with production teams to ensure blending requirements support scheduling and operational goals.
- Conduct visual inspections of material bins to ensure adequate inventory levels throughout the shift.
- Transfer materials between railcars, silos, and production areas.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials.
