We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have job overview, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay (salary range). No schedule info. So we can include About the role (maybe job overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills? The qualifications includes skills; but we could separate Skills if there is explicit skill list. The posting includes "Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel...". That's skill. Could put under Skills. But we can also incorporate into Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have separate headings allowed; we can decide to include Qualifications and maybe Benefits and Pay. About the role: we have job overview. Responsibilities: list. Qualifications: list. Benefits: list. Pay: salary range. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, securities license note, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Follow @blackstone on LinkedIn..." etc. Also remove "Further information is available at www.blackstone.com." etc. Also remove "Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager." etc? That's generic company description; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description at start might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's generic about Blackstone. Might be considered part of job posting context but not specific to role. However it's substantive info about the firm. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that description? It's about Blackstone generally, not role-specific. Might be considered boilerplate but it's descriptive of the employer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It doesn't explicitly say to remove generic company overview. So we keep it. We need to format sections with

headings and content as

or

  • . For About the role: we can put a

containing the job overview paragraphs. For Responsibilities:

    • each bullet. For Qualifications: maybe
      • . For Benefits:
        • . For Pay:

with salary range. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range. Let's extract content. Company description: "Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. Blackstone seeks to deliver compelling returns for institutional and individual investors by strengthening the companies in which the firm invests. Blackstone’s over $1.3 trillion in assets under management include global investment strategies focused on real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries and hedge funds. Further information is available at www.blackstone.com. Follow @blackstone on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram." But we should remove the Follow line? It's social media; maybe considered boilerplate? Not explicitly listed. Might keep? It's not legal/EEO. Could keep but it's not substantive to role. I'd keep it as part of About the role? Might be okay. But we also have a paragraph about Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS). That's specific to the division. That's substantive. Keep. Job Overview: after "Job Title: ..." then "Job Overview The BREC Finance Vice President will play a senior role..." We'll capture that. Responsibilities list: after "Key Responsibilities". We'll extract each bullet. Qualifications: after "Qualifications:" then bullet list. Benefits: after "Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion." Pay: "Expected annual base salary range: $150,000 - $250,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables." We need to include Pay section with that info. We should not include the sentence about "For roles located outside of the US..." maybe still part of Pay. Keep. We should not include the "The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive..." that's boilerplate? It's a generic disclaimer; maybe considered boilerplate? Not explicitly listed but could be considered generic. Safer to remove? It's not EEO/legal but it's a generic statement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is a generic disclaimer about duties not exhaustive; could be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. I'd keep it? Might be considered boilerplate but it's not legal. I'd keep to preserve substantive info? It's not substantive. I'd remove to keep concise. Also remove "Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time..." similar. Also remove the note about securities licenses and accommodation etc. Also remove "To submit your application please complete the form below." etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

But we have duplicated "Job Title:" line; we should not repeat job title as heading, but we can keep it in the paragraph? The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can keep the job title in the paragraph as metadata. It's okay. But we have "Job Title: Blackstone Private Real Estate Credit and Income Fund (BREC) Finance, Vice President" then "Job Overview". We could combine. Now Responsibilities:
