Qualifications / Skills

• Organizational skills and initiative for working with minimal direct supervision.
• Show evidence of strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Previous successful experience in sponsorship/mentoring preferred.
• Substantial knowledge in the area of student support, as well as familiarity with student discipline and safety protocols.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and supportive working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Flexible and adaptable to change as needed.

Pay

Salary Range: Head Level 1: $1,209- $2,893 based on experience
