About the role

The Black Hawk MYXI Program Manager will be responsible for managing the MYXI program, ensuring all project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Oversee contract negotiations and management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or related field
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Knowledge of aviation industry practices and regulations
• Experience with program risk management
