- Special Projects: Act as a "Department of One" for emerging needs in finance, marketing, legal, and partnerships as we scale

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, venture capital, or a similar high-growth environment

- Analytics: Proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis
- Operator Mentality: You enjoy the tactical execution of running day-to-day operations and are comfortable being hands-on, while maintaining the ability to think critically about the "big picture."
- Exceptional Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple streams of work and prioritize effectively
- Robotics/AI Interest: While you don’t need to be an engineer, you should be excited about the mission of building general-purpose manipulation and foundation models
- Education: B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required
