About the role
Directly oversee our restaurant Bistro2Two2, creating seasonal cocktail menus and managing their implementation across all outlets.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, purchases, requisitions, and controls of beer, wine, and liquor.
- Provide daily feedback and coaching to supervisors and line-level employees.
- Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage on service initiatives and standards for all Bistro and Beverage Departments.
- Assist with activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain and improve productivity, food quality, service, creativity, and merchandising to increase volume, sales, and profit.
- Engage and strive to achieve financial (productivity, cost management, and top-line revenue), safety/sanitation, and guest sentiment goals.
- Review and regularly evaluate guest satisfaction in individual outlets.
- Generate business correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate outlet training.
Pay
$55,000 to start.
