      As a Bartender, you will:

      • Welcome guests with genuine care
      • Deliver highly attentive service
      • Engage in polite conversation as time allows
      • Be fully informed of the Bistro menu
      • Prepare the food for the same day as well as upcoming days
      • Set up Bistro for the shift you are working (AM/PM)
      • Look over inventory and communicate orders with primary manager
      • Cook food
      • Serve food and drinks
      • Set up and maintain cleanliness of Bistro and kitchen
      • Process all payment methods
      • Follow the company policies for dropping cash, open and closing the cashier
      • Clean up after your shift and prepare for the next shift
      • Maintain clean safe environment both in Bistro and in kitchen
      • Occasionally diffuse difficult situations
      • Comply will all liquor laws

        Minimum Requirements:

        • A positive outlook and outgoing personality
        • A team-first attitude
        • A gift for paying attention to the smallest details

          Previous bartending experience is a big plus.

          Requirements:

          • A professional demeanor, a warm and welcoming personality, and ability to engage easily and actively connect with others is required.
          • Must be genuinely caring, compassionate, and comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels.
          • Speak with others using clear and professional language.
          • Standing for long periods of time, or entire shift.
          • Professional appearance and clean uniform.
          • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance.

            About the Role
