As a Bartender, you will:
- Welcome guests with genuine care
- Deliver highly attentive service
- Engage in polite conversation as time allows
- Be fully informed of the Bistro menu
- Prepare the food for the same day as well as upcoming days
- Set up Bistro for the shift you are working (AM/PM)
- Look over inventory and communicate orders with primary manager
- Cook food
- Serve food and drinks
- Set up and maintain cleanliness of Bistro and kitchen
- Process all payment methods
- Follow the company policies for dropping cash, open and closing the cashier
- Clean up after your shift and prepare for the next shift
- Maintain clean safe environment both in Bistro and in kitchen
- Occasionally diffuse difficult situations
- Comply will all liquor laws
Minimum Requirements:
- A positive outlook and outgoing personality
- A team-first attitude
- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
