About the role
The Bismore Park Greeter Team Leader represents the Town of Barnstable and Park Happy brand, leading Greeters in engaging visitors and the community to deliver outstanding services throughout the Town. This role sets high standards and teaches, coaches, and mentors the team to provide exceptional customer service and friendly experiences. As a supportive role model, the Team Leader creates a high-energy work environment, drives team performance, and ensures exceptional results through motivation, effective prioritization, and creative thinking.
Requirements
- Two years of education above high school or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay
$21.00 hourly, no benefits.
