Hours
Hours are based on party bookings, so shifts can vary from week to week.
Qualifications
- Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages
- Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun
- Take charge of the full party experience—from start to finish
- Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents (they’re here to celebrate—we handle the rest!)
- Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels
- Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly
- Love working with kids and have BIG, positive energy
- Are confident leading groups and speaking in front of both kids and adults
- Can stay organized and keep things running smoothly—even in busy moments
- Think quickly on your feet and adapt when things don’t go exactly as planned
- Are dependable, professional, and a strong team player
Skills
- Hosting, entertainment, or events
- Teaching, coaching, or childcare
- Dance, gymnastics, cheer, or performance-based activities

The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life's Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.
For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents' Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
