Birthday Party Manager

About the Role

The Ninja Republic has become one of the most popular birthday party destinations on the Peninsula. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Birthday Party Manager to oversee and coordinate our weekend birthday party events. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, a flair for event planning, and the ability to ensure every party runs smoothly and creates an unforgettable experience for the host parents, the birthday ninja, and their guests. This role requires someone who can manage multiple parties simultaneously, handle logistics, and lead a team of party staff/ninja instructors.

Requirements

- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to lead and motivate a team. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. - Positive attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences. - Availability to work weekends and the occasional Friday evening. - Basic knowledge of safety and first aid procedures. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in event management is a plus.
