Responsibilities

• Lead and assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating customers like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families at each party.
• Lovely personality, capable of playing like a child, and a background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Positive attitude, enjoying serving others and feeling good when making others feel good.
• Parents appreciate you and want you to host more parties.
• Enjoyable work, moving all day long, and wearing casual attire.
• Flexible scheduling options available, including weekend work and later start times.

Requirements

• High school or college student looking to earn extra hours on weekends.
• Not a morning person, able to work afternoons and evenings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to training provided.
