About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Case Manager to help build and shape our new Premier Guest Specialist position. This role is ideal for a clinically trained professional who is excited to start on the front lines—including answering phones—as we develop a high-impact, concierge-level guest journey. Over the next six months to a year, you will lay the groundwork for care coordination and intelligent case management, eventually transitioning into a dedicated Telehealth Provider role.
Our providers are at full capacity, and this position will create a new layer of support to elevate guest experience and clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest care coordination for BioTE and abnormal bleeding cases
- Support front-office and back-office teams in creating seamless workflows
- Help shape and develop the Premier Guest Specialist role
Requirements
- Clinical experience required (e.g., Medical Assistant, Nurse, Case Manager, Nurse Navigator, Advanced Practice Clinician, or other medically experienced professional)
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (for future Telehealth Provider role)
