Responsibilities
- Lead statistical efforts for medical publications and external collaborations
- Guide statistical design and analysis for research studies
- Develop and maintain Supplemental Statistical Analysis Plans
- Offer methodological guidance to the Medical Affairs team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet communication timelines
- Aid in real-world evidence requests as needed
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in statistics/biostatistics with extensive industry experience
- Proven experience in post-approval/Medical Affairs settings
- Deep understanding of statistical methodologies and drug development trends
- Prominent publication record in scientific communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in programming, preferably in R and/or SAS
