About the role

Maintaining medical-related equipment that includes repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety to ensure patient and staff safety, correct diagnosis for medical providers, and compliance for the Environment of Care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical-related equipment through repair, preventive maintenance, and electrical safety inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology or Electronics Engineering Required

In lieu of degree, one of the following is required:

• Equivalent Military Biomed Tech Program
• Two (2) years equivalent experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) field
• Industry-recognized Certification (AAMI / ACI CBET, CRES, CLES)
• Two (2) years of HTM experience
• Four (4) years of total experience (in lieu of degree)
