Biomedical Supply Logistics Lead

We are seeking a skilled and organized Biomedical Supply Logistics Lead to own our parts, purchasing, and inventory operations across our tri-state hub-and-spoke network. This role ensures our field technicians have reliable access to critical parts and supplies, supports timely equipment return to service, and maintains accurate, controlled supply data. Responsibilities

• Manage parts distribution across hubs, spokes, and technician vehicles—set par levels, manage same-day dispatches, source non-stocked parts, and remove supply barriers to keep field technicians productive.
• Own the end-to-end purchasing workflow, including purchase orders within delegated authority, vendor communications, returns, invoice matching, GL coding support, and identifying documented cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain rigorous inventory and warehouse controls covering receiving, put-away, cycle counts, consignment/loaner tracking, obsolete inventory disposition, and safe warehouse practices.
• Maintain high data integrity across CMMS and ERP systems; develop repeatable stocking standards, site-profile kits, vendor architecture, and multi-hub distribution strategies to scale as Hema-Tec expands.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supply chain, service-parts, purchasing, or inventory management experience in a technical or field-service environment (medical device, industrial equipment, fleet, manufacturing maintenance, or clinical engineering preferred).
