Biomedical Engineer (Regional Clinical Specialist)

Role Overview: Provide on-site clinical support and guidance to physicians and OR staff, optimizing the use of advanced surgical navigation and imaging products. Manage and maintain the install base, troubleshoot product issues, and contribute to quality improvements through technical analysis and product feedback. Key Responsibilities Assist with complex surgical cases, including Go Live launches, ensuring seamless operation of imaging and navigation systems.Train hospital personnel on Image Guided Surgery (IGS) products, developing in-house training programs.Act as the primary liaison with customers, assessing satisfaction and usage levels, and recommending process improvements.Drive customer utilization through workflow optimization and special applications.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams on market initiatives, product demonstrations, and updates.Maintain detailed documentation in Salesforce and participate in ongoing training to uphold product certification.Travel extensively to support clients and promote products at meetings and trade shows. Qualifications & Skills B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing.1-3 years’ experience in technical support within healthcare settings.Preferred experience in sales and knowledge of surgical procedures and anatomy.Proficient in Microsoft Office and self-motivated with strong decision-making skills.
