Biomanufacturing Operator
Job Duties
Operate and monitor packaging equipment during production runs
Maintain accurate production and maintenance documentation
Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
Execute line changeovers and startup checks between production runs
Support inventory tracking and material handling as needed
Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
Education / Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate or Bachelors degree in Science / STEM is preferred
Experience with mechanical systems or packaging machinery is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well with a team
cGMP experience preferred
