What You'll Do

• Design advanced biology problems and challenges to test AI reasoning capabilities
• Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that serve as gold-standard references
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology topics
• Provide structured written feedback to guide AI model improvement

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
• No prior AI experience required — your subject matter expertise is what matters
• Nice to Have: Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows; Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work; Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., genetics, cell biology, physiology, ecology)
