What You'll Do

• Design challenging, graduate-level biology problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and knowledge
• Develop detailed, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear scientific logic
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Identify gaps and errors in AI outputs across a range of biology sub-disciplines
• Collaborate with researchers to refine evaluation benchmarks from undergraduate through Masters-level topics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific accuracy
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or academic research
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
• Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology)
