Requirements
- Hold a doctorate or postdoctoral training from a top-20 global institution in the life sciences or a related STEM field, or are an outstanding senior PhD candidate with a strong publication record.
- Have first-author or co-first-author publications in high-impact journals such as Nature, Science, Cell, PNAS, eLife, NEJM, or equivalent.
- Hold a competitive fellowship or award (e.g., HHMI, NIH F31/F32/K99, NSF GRFP, Damon Runyon, Pew, Sloan, Simons, Fulbright, or equivalent).
- Currently active in a research role as a PhD candidate, postdoctoral researcher, faculty member, principal scientist, or industry researcher.
- Able to evaluate scientific rigor, novelty, and validity across primary literature and model-generated outputs with expert-level judgment.
- Skilled at identifying subtle reasoning failures especially the kinds of errors a working PhD would catch immediately.
- Additional qualifications such as issued patents, spin-out experience, or PI/Co-I grant holding are a plus.
