Biology Masters

About the role

Alignerr partners with leading AI research teams to build and train cutting‑edge AI models. This is a remote contract position for a Masters‑level biologist to work as an AI Data Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced biology questions to test AI performance.
• Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters‑level biology topics.

Requirements

• Masters (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong biology reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.

Pay

$35–$55 per hour.

Schedule

10–40 hours per week, flexible weekly hours.
