What you'll actually do Author realistic biology scenarios from experimental design through interpretation, the kind a working scientist actually reasons through. Write reference answers with the scientific reasoning behind each conclusion, mechanisms and evidence weighed. Grade model output for mechanistic accuracy, evidence handling, and appropriate uncertainty. Flag explanations that read fluent but get the biology wrong, the misses only a trained scientist would catch. Who this is for Biologists with an advanced degree or equivalent research experience across any specialty, genetics, ecology, microbiology, physiology, evolution, and beyond. Researchers, industry scientists, and educators with at least two years of professional experience in the life sciences. Scientists who reason from mechanism and evidence, not from textbook summaries. People with strong written English who can turn scientific judgment into clear, teachable reasoning. Contract and pay $60 to $120/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start. Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours. Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week. No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers. Independent contractor.
