Role Responsibilities

• Vet the quality of life sciences knowledge work tasks and model outputs.
• Write high-quality instruction specs and produce golden solutions to life sciences problems.
• Design challenging life sciences tasks and evaluation sets.
• Work with client researchers to keep standards consistent and translate scientific judgment into teachable criteria.

Requirements

• PhD in biochemistry, molecular or cell biology, genetics, immunology, neuroscience, or a closely related life science.
• Have strong relevant experience in substantive research at a recognized institution.
• Genuine specialization in at least one area such as molecular and cell biology or genetics.
• Clear progression to a senior level with real ownership of research direction.
• Hands-on working use of large language models in professional work.
