This high-impact role in the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) department offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated entry-level scientist to gain hands-on biomanufacturing experience. location: Worcester, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $28.00 - 32.22 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Provide technical support for late clinical-stage and commercial biologics manufacturing processes.Execute lab-scale studies for process optimization, technology transfer, and process verification.Perform data monitoring and trending to support continuous process verification.Author and review official technical documentation, ensuring full compliance with GMP standards.Apply GMP and GLP principles to all aspects of laboratory work and documentation. Qualifications Required: BS or MS in a scientific or engineering discipline with 0-2 years of biotech/pharma industry experience.Practical understanding of GMP/GLP guidelines regarding documentation and instrument use.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data tasks and reporting.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative teamwork abilities.
