Biological Scientist – Microbiology | $60/hr Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze the growth, structure, and behavior of microorganisms including bacteria and fungi.
• Study relationships between microorganisms and disease to support AI training.
• Evaluate the effects of antibiotics and other agents on microbial systems.
• Document experimental findings for integration into AI training datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Provide expert insights on microbiological processes and data interpretation.
• Apply structured evaluation frameworks to assess data quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in microbial systems including bacteria and fungi.
• Strong understanding of microbial structure, physiology, and behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and scientific accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in remote environments.
• Experience documenting scientific processes and findings.
