Biodiesel Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate the biodiesel master computer system, including operations of the main master control and process production system.
• Record data and generate system reports on a timely basis.
• Perform various quality control functions on oil, biodiesel, glycerin, fatty acid, and water, and visually inspect all types of inventories.
• Measure physical inventory on a periodic basis.
• Perform all types of general facility maintenance and housekeeping, including equipment inspection, repairs, adjustments, and monitoring.
• Absorb and assist with overseeing the production in the biodiesel manufacturing plant.
• Learn equipment maintenance of all mechanical operations at the facility.
• Absorb and assist with biodiesel production to meet customer and intra-company demand in the most efficient manner.
