Payrate: $34.00 - $39.46/hr. Summary: The main function of a Bioanalytical Analyst is to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of biological samples to support drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions. A typical Bioanalytical Analyst ensures the accuracy and reliability of data while adhering to industry standards and protocols. ResponsibilitiesConduct bioanalytical assays such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassaysAnalyze and interpret data from biological samplesPrepare and validate analytical methods and protocolsMaintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipmentDocument procedures, results, and observations in compliance with regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectivesParticipate in troubleshooting and optimization of analytical methods QualificationsBachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred2-4 years of experience in bioanalytical testing, pharmaceutical development, or a related area SkillsExpertise in bioanalytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and immunoassaysStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data recordingKnowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standardsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesFamiliarity with data analysis software and tools Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $34.00 - $39.46 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
