Bio Process Associate - 1st shift

About the role

Join a biotechnology manufacturing team supporting daily process operations in a GMP-regulated environment. This junior-level position will operate assigned control systems and processes, prepare process buffers and reagents, clean equipment, maintain manufacturing areas, document activities, monitor processes, and follow detailed SOPs and batch records. The position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned control systems and processes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of process operations experience
• Prior job-related experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Experience following and documenting written instructions
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and batch records
• Ability to maintain compliance with cGMP and safety requirements
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture
• Ability to work the required rotating shift and overtime when required
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred qualifications

• A.A.S. or B.S. degree
• Familiarity with general chemistry and mathematics
• Familiarity with microbiology
• Familiarity with cGMP cleanroom operations

Pay

Hourly rate: $25.70-$30.70

Schedule

1st shift, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM. Rotating two-week schedule: 3 days on (Sat, Sun, Mon), 2 days off (Tues, Wed), 2 days on (Thurs, Fri), 3 days off (Sat to Mon). Maximum 40 hours per week. Overtime required when needed.
