Expert technician position responsible for performing installation, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of medical equipment. Develops QA standards, performs repairs in an efficient cost-effective manner, and keeps department heads and staff informed of equipment status. Acts as a technical resource for all departments.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Applied Science in Bio Med or Electronics
  • Six to nine years of experience performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical support equipment

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree of Science in Biomedical, Electrical engineering or related field
  • Preferred: AAMI Certification as a CBET

Pay

$27.80 - $41.69 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

  • Primary work shift: Day
  • Regular scheduled weekly hours: 40
