Bindery Worker - 2nd Shift

About the role

Skilled production work that requires energetic candidates who would be willing to perform a variety of hands-on duties including, but not limited to: Loading and unloading product from machinery, product change over, basic maintenance and troubleshooting, cleaning, and other general production duties assigned.

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a fast‑pace, team‑oriented environment.
• Manufacturing or any type of equipment operating experience.
• Mechanical inclination.
• Printing knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures.
• Maintain product quality at all times.
• Maintain & improve housekeeping.
• Printing press set up.
• Staging materials and supplies.
• Machine set up and operation.
• Cutter operator.
• Production reporting.

Physical Requirements

• Run production for eight (8) to ten (10) hours a day.
• Required to do some unassisted lifting of a variety of objects ranging from 5 to 50 pounds.
