Bindery Operator 1 - ABMO
Starting Rate: $22.00 - $27.40 with a 7% increase for second and third shift. Additional Incentives: $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement$100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement

Work Hours: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:00pm, 8-10 hour shifts
Location: We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for the South Plant.
As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will:
- Set up, Adjust & Operate a single piece of Machinery
- Participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position
- Inspect equipment for safety issues
- Monitor quality, output and productivity
- Learn to utilize tools to measure and adjust machine to target levels
- Learn and engage in preventative maintenance tasks as required
- Assist lead operator with providing guidance to crew members
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds
- Ability to stand for the duration of your shift
Qualifications:
- Ability to do basic math
- Ability to do basic computer knowledge
