Responsibilities

• Create bundles of book sections.
• Feed book sections into the binding machine.
• Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 80 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift.

• Physical requirements as described above.

• Attention to detail.

Pay

Pay: $17.50 per hour for 1st shift with a 7% increase for second and third shifts.

Schedule

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedules.
• 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.

Location

We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West. This job is for both locations.
